The Masters School welcomes applications for faculty positions all year. A majority of available teaching and administrative positions become known in February and March of each year. The most advantageous time to submit applications is in the December – March timeframe. Candidates should send a cover letter and resume to careers@mastersny.org.

    The Masters School seeks an experienced and dynamic school leader who will collaborate closely with the Head of Middle School to lead and nurture a positive and healthy community of students, faculty and  parents. The Associate Head of Middle School is an integral member of the Middle School leadership team along with the Grade-Level Deans. The Associate Head will work closely with the Head of the Middle School to lead, organize and supervise the academic program and help with the smooth daily operation of the division. This twelve-month administrative position reports to the Head of the Middle School.

    On Thursday, January 16, 2025, The Masters School, in collaboration with other local independent schools in Westchester (NY) and Fairfield (CT) counties, will host a hiring open house aimed at recruiting and retaining a diverse group of educators.
