She co-wrote and co-produced the school's admissions video with The Film Guys, a project that continues to be featured on key school channels. Additionally, Karen founded Panther TV, a student-run channel that allowed her to work closely with the school’s marketing team and gain practical multimedia experience. She also served as co-president of the International Club and the fashion club Beyond Threads.

Since graduating a semester early from NYU with magna cum laude honors in media, culture, and communications, and a minor in social entrepreneurship, Karen has become a strategic partner and head of fundraising and events at a femtech venture studio. She is also a B2B analyst with American Express and founded a media production company during her undergraduate years. 

Her desire to join the Board stems from a deep commitment to give back to the Masters community. Karen is eager to engage with young alumnae/i, fortify the network, and elevate professional voices to foster support and development within the community.
